May 10 - May 17, 2026 | Sunday - Sunday | 7 nights
The Buddha offered a “direct path to liberation,” in his key teaching on the Four Foundations of Mindfulness. These four foundations are Mindfulness of the Body, Feelings, Mind and Phenomena. We will practice with these key instructions in a systematic way.
The teachings and instructions will particularly emphasize the arising of the Awakening Factors that supports the direct realization of the Four Noble Truth. We will also offer Metta instructions, which supports the direct realization of Satipaṭṭhāna.
This retreat will be offered in two formats: in-person, residential retreat and online as a self-paced retreat. The teachers will offer guided meditation, practice instructions, and dharma talks.
There will be practice meetings for in-person participants. For online participants, there will be six 1-hr Q&A sessions offered via Zoom (one every full day of retreat – exceptions, not opening or closing days).
The retreat will be held in silence except for teacher instructions and talks, Q&A periods and practice meetings. All sessions will be recorded.
Teachers: Tuere Sala and John Martin
