Residential retreat
Monday 18 January – Sunday 24 January 2027 (6 nights)
With Jaya Rudgard, Tuere Sala and Ayya Anopama
Life often moves quickly, carrying us along in currents of habit and routine that can leave us half-awake to ourselves, to one another, and to the preciousness of being alive. Yet beneath these currents lies another possibility: to live with greater awareness, tenderness, and wisdom. This retreat is an invitation to pause and come and see together.
Guided by contemplative practice and relational inquiry, we will explore what it means to inhabit experience through the wisdom of the heart. Together, we will investigate the conditions that give rise to suffering, separation, and contraction, while opening to the natural stillness, compassion, and clarity already present within awareness itself. Our shared practice will weave silent meditation, gentle movement, and Insight Dialogue (relational meditation) in pairs and small groups. Apart from the guided relational practices, and meetings with teachers, the retreat will be held in silence. For more information on Insight Dialogue, you can visit the Insight Dialogue Community website.
